1. Do you offer free shipping?

We do! Free shipping on all orders over 100€, for orders below 100€ we will charge a 10€ shipping fee.

2. How do I track my package?

You can easily track your parcel using the shipping number found in the e-mail we send you once we have shipped your items.

3. How long is the delivery time?

We always give our best to process your shipment the same, if your order is placed in the morning. However, depending on the amount of orders coming in, it can sometimes be the day after.


4. Who delivers the package?

If PostNord is not active within your country their partners will deliver the package.

5. What happens if I don't pick up my package?

If your package is not picked up or collected when delivered to a pickup-point we will charge you 20€ or 200 SEK (incl. VAT). This is to cover the handling cost and administrative handling. Please note that failure to claim or collect an ordered shipment does not automatically constitute the canceling of the purchase.
